Job Description Assistance in litigation work in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Arbitrations etc.; making notes/ briefs for the senior.
Preparation of briefs, case law and case files, assisting the senior and researching various judgements/search engines.
The candidate should be sufficiently experienced in litigation and should accompany the senior, be respectful and completely render his assistance as /when required.
Candidates should have good communication skills (both oral and written) and associates having good experience in drafting/ client handling, research and court appearances would be given preference.
The Senior Advocate mainly handles matters based on civil law /corporate law /constitutional law /service law /rental laws/ commercial law/ building-permit law /criminal law /family law etc. and he expects exemplary behavior from individuals willing to work for a steady period of time.
The candidate is also expected to work in a manner conducive to the office atmosphere and in conjunction with other team members.
The individual is further expected to be in line with an approach that requires continuous learning, in-depth research, perfection in note-making, intelligence, and an intuitive/out-of-box original thought process in collaboration, discussion and consultation with the Senior.
The associate's commitment would be rewarded graciously at the end of each month and the credibility of the individual would also be gauged on a timely basis.
