Uber and Ola drivers, unruly behavior is on rise every day. Overcharging in the name of toll and misbehaving with passengers have become a norm.The recent reported case is of a female journalist who boarded the cab from Ghaziabad to Noida.The problem gets further complicated due to border of Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi.The helpline nos 112, in this area often do not work or else instead of reaching to local police it reaches in control room of Delhi police. The entire purpose of getting timely help gets defeated.Ghaziabad police learned in January that over 2, 548 calls made from Ghaziabad to the police control room had reached the Delhi Police control room instead.The authorities are aware of this problem and are trying to address it but till them they have provided following nos.
