I am sure many of you would have signed it, if not many such similar documents without asking any questions or even reading it. 

Before I explain this, let me ask you a question. If you are owner of an apartment, have you ever thought that after you who will be the next owner ?

If you think that ownership of house will automatically pass on to your successor, depending upon your religion you are highly mistaken. 

It won't be and it can't be. Read what your documents of ownership says, point no.13 of registration document. 

Be it a society or builder they will not and they can't. So, better sort it out before it's too late.
