The move comes after a heated debate surrounding the controversy involving TMC MP Mahua Moitra and the serious allegations of a "cash for question" episode raised by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey.

In a formal letter dated October 31st, addressed to Speaker Om Birla, 4C Supreme Law International highlighted the urgency of implementing privacy rules uniformly for all Members of Parliament.
